New life eternally springs from the bosom of nature. The world, in the shape of a beautiful woman and clinging robe, supports a youth, who, with one foot still standing on the globe almost springs into the unknown, ready and eager to conquer life. His strength comes from her. She seems almost unwilling to let him go and yet she knows that the hour of parting has arrived, and, with her blessings, he sallies forth, unconcerned and sure of himself.
